Are you ready for a working art studios?

The Studio Door is currently seeking mid-career and professional artists who are committed to their craft, with a robust body of work and an established exhibition history. Ideal candidates should be able to clearly articulate their creative vision and demonstrate an interest in patron sales, collaborative exhibitions with fellow studio artists, and sharing industry resources. Active participation in key events and a strong commitment to our artist community are essential.

Our facility offers 17 working artist studios, ranging from 100 to 200 square feet. Artists are required to commit to an initial six-month lease. Each studio is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, work lighting, utilities, 24/7 access, limited parking, and a shared artist sink. Please note that these studios are for individual use only; they are not shareable, and this is not a live/work arrangement. A deposit equal to one month's rent is required to secure the space, with payment options available in full or in three installments.

As an open-air facility, certain restrictions apply—artists are prohibited from using spray paint, aerosols, or resin work.

Studio selection is managed by a jury of existing studio artists.

To begin the process, email us your website and social media links to showcase your artwork and demonstrate your commitment to maintaining a professional practice. Please also include a brief statement explaining why you're interested in working at The Studio Door and how you believe this opportunity will benefit your artistic career.
