Exhibition Walls at The Studio Door

Gallery Exhibition Walls

2 small walls available now

The Studio Door offers six coveted exhibitions walls available for regular exhibition separate from our main monthly gallery shows. Located in the back portion of our gallery, the spaces offer a unique opportunity for artists to showcase their creations. We have three larger spaces measuring 60 and 64 square feet and two smaller spaces, spanning 30 and 36 square feet.

Each exhibition wall is more than just a display—it's a personalized canvas branded with the artist's name. The artworks featured on these walls are prominently included in our gallery sale sheet, providing increased visibility. Furthermore, artists enjoy website links and the chance to collaborate on an exclusive artist feature. This feature appears as part of our email campaign reaching 2,500 subscribers and is shared across The Studio Door's vibrant social media accounts. Artists can rotate their displays monthly, and with the assurance of artwork insurance while in the gallery, they can confidently engage with our community. The gallery invites artists to seamlessly continue your artistic journey with us. If your work aligns perfectly with the interests of our patrons this a natural fit for your ongoing artistic endeavors. Additional opportunities for small sculptures, ceramics and jewelry available.

The collaboration is month-to-month with 30 day notice. Artists are asked to initially make a six month commitment to allow for time to build a patronage.

The Studio Door has a selection process juried by the gallery owner and curator Patric Stillman.

To apply, please email Artist Assessment and necessary documents. No calls, please.

Working Artist Studios

Two studios available now

The Studio Door is actively seeking mid-career and professional artists interested in securing a studio space that reflects their commitment to their craft, demonstrated through a robust body of work and an established exhibition history. Ideal candidates will be adept at articulating their creative direction and show a keen interest in patron sales, collaborative exhibitions with fellow studio artists, and the sharing of creative industry resources. Active participation in key events and a strong commitment to the community of studio artists are expected.

Our facility comprises seventeen working artist studios, ranging in size from 100 to 200 square feet. Artists are requested to commit to an initial six-month period. Each studio is equipped with Wi-Fi, work light, utilities, 24/7 access, limited parking, and a shared artist sink. It's important to note that these studios are designated for individual use and are not shareable; this is not a live/work arrangement. A deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required to secure the space, with the option to pay upfront or in three installments.

As an open-air space, certain restrictions apply, and artists are advised that spray paint, aerosols, or resin work will not be permitted.

The selection process involves a jury of existing studio artists.

To apply, please email Artist Assessment and necessary documents. No calls, please.
